In our societies generally, women have a lower social status than men. This status means that women have less power to make decisions, get an education, obtain a profitable job and/or be independent. Ugandan women do not have equal rights, particularly surrounding land ownership and marriage. Women play a key role in raising families. They need to be recognised as leaders and give them decision making roles; Invest in Women's Entrepreneurial Ideas, Emotionally and Financially; Mentoring Women Professionally and Personally among other activities.

Women are more valuable than some of the most precious items on Earth and encourage communities to treat them with dignity and care for them with love.
